This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, enquirers, clients and users who interact with our website, contact forms, phone calls, WhatsApp messages and any other communication channel operated by Sun Info Global Services.

By using our website or engaging with our services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use our website or services.

  • Phone number for calls, WhatsApp messages and renewal reminders.
  • Tally serial number and license details when you request TSS renewal assistance or license verification.
  • Current software version, existing setup details and migration requirements shared during consultation.
  • Support queries, error descriptions or customization requirements submitted via call, email or WhatsApp.
  • Payment details processed through secure third-party payment gateways — we do not store card numbers or banking credentials.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address and approximate geographic location based on IP.
  • Browser type, device type and operating system.
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages and referring URL.
  • Clicks, scrolling behaviour and interaction patterns via analytics tools.
  • Date and time of website visits.

Information from third parties

  • Information you share when contacting us through WhatsApp, including your WhatsApp display name and message history.

Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

As an authorized Tally partner, certain transaction details such as license registrations, serial numbers and renewal activations are processed through Tally Solutions' systems. This is necessary to activate software licenses and TSS subscriptions on your behalf.

Service providers

We work with a limited number of third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website and business, including:

  • Website hosting and infrastructure providers.
  • Payment gateway providers for processing license and renewal payments.
  • Email and communication tools used to respond to enquiries.

5. Tally & Business Data

When you engage Sun Info Global Services for implementation, data migration, customization or support services, our team may require access to your Tally company data, financial records or business configuration. We treat this access with strict confidentiality.

Data migration and implementation

  • During data migration, we handle your company backup files only for the purpose of transferring data to a new setup.
  • Data accessed during implementation or migration is not retained on our systems after the project is complete.
  • Our team signs off on confidentiality obligations before accessing any client company data.

Tally on Cloud clients

  • Your Tally data hosted on our cloud environment is stored on secured servers with access controls.
  • Only authorized users you designate are able to access your hosted Tally environment.
  • We do not access, review or share the contents of your Tally company data unless required to provide technical support at your request.
  • You retain full ownership of your business data at all times. On termination of cloud services, your data is returned or deleted as per your instruction.

Support sessions

If remote access is required to resolve a technical issue, it is performed only with your explicit consent during a scheduled session. We do not retain access credentials after the session ends.

After the applicable retention period, information is securely deleted or anonymized. Statutory records required under Indian law including GST records and financial documents are retained for the periods mandated by those laws regardless of any deletion request.

You may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information held on our records.
